DEVELOP A SKILL SET Simultaneously with figuring out what you believe in and who you want to work for, you have to develop a set of specialized skills that set you apart. What issue area do you want to be an expert in, and how can you become an expert in it? For example, maybe you want to become an expert in defense affairs.
